To upload to the Freeman FTP site

NOTE: You should create a folder with your company name within this folder prior to uploading. A pdf for proofing purposes should also be uploaded with your file(s).

HOW TO LABEL AND SUBMIT YOUR FILES

After contacting Cassandra Tulipano to get the current password, upload your file into the folder that you create within the FTP site of your company’s name. Include
the section name and banner name in the production
file name.

File Name Examples:

Section1_BannerL2B1.eps
Section3_BannerL4B13A.eps

Once the file itself and a pdf has been
uploaded, please email Shannon McFall at
Shannon.McFall@freemanco.com to ensure that the artwork has been received. You will be sent a confirmation email confirming the graphics are there and that the files are good.
