Review and sign the contract sent by AORN.

Submit your artwork to the Sales Department at AORN. Please click here for the Artwork Mechanicals pdf file for more information.

Submit your Banner Return Receipt form for return shipping of your banner. Click here for the Banner Return Form.

Freeman will handle production of your banner, installation on show site, and return shipping of your banner if form is submitted by Friday, February 6, 2010.

Shipping Deadline
Must deliver no later than March 6, 2010 to the advance warehouse.
All exhibitor supplied banners must be received in advance and sent to the Freeman warehouse. Shipping labels will be available after Friday, October 31, 2009. Contact Justin Wilson for your label. Late charges will be applied to all exhibitor supplied graphics received after the deadline.

Friday, February 26, 2010. (Fees may increase if you wait until this date.)

The Freeman ftp site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files.The ftp site requires a
User ID and password which changes each month. Please contact Justin Wilson for this information.
