All exhibitor supplied sponsorship items must be received in advance and sent to the Freeman warehouse. Shipping labels will be available Summer 2009. Contact Imelda Casteel at Freeman for your label. Late charges will be applied to all exhibitor supplied graphics received after the October 16 , 2009 deadline.
