Shipping Deadline

All exhibitor supplied sponsorship items must be received in advance and sent to the Freeman Warehouse. Shipping labels will be available after February 1, 2012. Contact Ed Allen at Freeman for your label beginning Tuesday, April 17, 2012 and before Wednesday, May 9, 2012.
The Deadline to Submit Graphics
April 15, 2012
Late charges will be applied to all exhibitor supplied graphics received after the April 15, 2012 deadline.

Upload Your Graphics to the Freeman ftp site
The Freeman ftp site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files.The ftp site requires a
User ID and password which changes each month. Please contact Ed Allen for this information.

If you use another vendor to produce your banner:

Production, installation and dismantling costs are additional.

All banners must be made to the sizes listed in Plan Tour.

Recommended fabric is standard indoor.

Images need to appear only on one side, unless otherwise indicated.

Banners must have a 3" pole pocket in the top and bottom of the banner.

Banners must be rolled on a sonnet tube for shipping. No folded banners will be hung.

Banners must be shipped to arrive at the following address no later than May 9, 2012:
