The Freeman ftp site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files.  When submitting files on Freeman’s ftp site, please include a low-res PDF file that may be used as a proof.  The ftp site requires a User ID and password, please contact Freeman for this information.

Are you producing your own signage?

Shipments must ARRIVE BY April 19, 2012

Please contact Freeman for appropriate specifications.  All exhibitor supplied materials must be sent to the Freeman warehouse by the above date.  Please attach the sponsorship shipping label on only your sponsorship materials; all materials MUST have this label.  Late material handling charges will be applied to all exhibitor supplied materials received after the April 25th deadline.

Note: please do not ship your sponsorship materials in the same crate as your booth freight.  Doing so will delay the hanging of your sponsorship items and incur additional charges.
