All exhibitor supplied sponsorship items must be received in advance and sent to the Freeman warehouse and arrive no later than February 14, 2014 to the advanced warehouse. Shipping labels will be available after November 10, 2013. Please contact Jessica C. Davis for labels to be used.

How to Submit Graphics and Upload to the Freeman FTP Site

Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your sponsorship item.You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum requirements. The Freeman ftp site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files.The FTP site requires a User ID and password which changes each month. Please contact Jessica C. Davis for this information. Phone: (301) 354-1667

Once you have uploaded your files to the FTP site, please contact Lisa LaVoie at Lisa.Lavoie@freemanco.com and files will be checked to ensure that they have been received, are properly formatted – and will be used to create a proof for final review/approval.
