Is Freeman producing your signage?

The deadline to submit graphics to Freeman is December 9, 2011.  (Any late submissions will incur a late fee) Our desire is to provide you with the best possible quality graphics for your sponsorship item.  You can help us in that effort by providing digital graphics that meet minimum requirements.  To view a PDF file that gives complete customer guidelines for submitting artwork, Click Here.

The Freeman ftp site is a convenient, short-term process for transmitting large files.  When submitting files on Freeman’s ftp site, please include a low-res PDF file that may be used as a proof.  The ftp site requires a User ID and password which changes monthly. Are you producing your own signage?

Shipments MUST arrive by January 9, 2012.

Please Contact Cheryl Cohen for appropriate specifications.  All exhibitor supplied material must be sent to the Freeman Warehouse by the above date.  Please Click Here for shipping address and labels.  All shipments must have this label.  Late material handling charges will be applied to all exhibitor supplied materials received after the January 9th deadline.

Note: Please do not ship your sponsorship materials in the same crate as your booth freight.  Doing so will delay the hanging of your sponsorship items and possibly incur additional charges.
